Micro-folding

Micro-bending is one of our core competencies in the production of miniaturized metal parts. Using tools designed for very thin materials, we create fine, uniform bends with precise control over geometries and tolerances.

This process is particularly effective when combined with photochemical machining (PCM). UC allows us to achieve complex contours, fine cuts, and details that are impossible to produce mechanically, while micro-bending is then used to add volume, create mechanical functions, or prepare for final assembly. This complementary approach offers great design freedom for lightweight, clean, and highly repeatable technical parts.

We machine virtually all metals with high-precision cutting, free of burrs and heat damage.
